Status in “eglibc” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete

 Bug description:
First, I apologize for my English very approximate.

 History:

The bug occurred during the update. A message from the update manager informs
me that two packages are broken. I use Synaptic to address the problem.
During update, crash!? Black screen ... However, the combination of keys like
alt + F2, alt + tab or ctrl + alt + right arrow, allows me to see
 animated graphics on the screen.

I restarted my laptop Dell Inspiron 1501 and then in the Grub menu, I chose
the backup session. I chose the repair utility (dpkg) and

 I rebooted the computer again.

I restarted Synaptic. I have no broken packages and all updates have been
 made.
