[Bug 553994] Re: knetworkmanager doesn't connect with networkmanager
I followed the steps outlined by sfa with no success after reboot. I have not had an improper shutdown or any problems with suspend or hibernate. [Bug 574886] Re: Apt has strange network errors when updating indexes.
I tried installing a new copy of kubuntu and installing all updates. The problem is still present and erratic(other than only appearing after adding any repository). [Bug 574886] Re: Apt has strange network errors when updating indexes.
It appears to work correctly when I am not using a third party repository. But if I add any others besides the defaults it throws the Wicked error. [Bug 553994] Re: knetworkmanager doesn't connect with networkmanager
There was a running service called EXPERIMENTAL NetworkManager (I'm not sure if this would be considered another network-manager front-end or not) however the most recent updates seem to have resolved the issue as of 11:12pm on April 5. After running nm-tool everything now appears normal. Thank you for the help! [Bug 272336] Re: Mute/unmute PCM button doesn't unmute audio
I appear to be having the same problem. I am using an hp tx2500 running the latest updates of Intrepid. I have attached a screenshot of the problem shown in kmix. When right-clicking on kmix in the panel I can't unmute PCM. The sound appears to be working other than being permanently muted.
