[Bug 1939752] [NEW] After system update, Chrome will crash with information "Aw, Snap!"
Public bug reported: I have more than one laptop that have been installed Ubuntu Impish Indri (development branch). And after I updated the system through "Software Updater" (In "Developer Options", I enabled the option "Pre-released updates (impish-proposed)") followed by a reboot, the Chrome cannot be opened correctly, with the crash message "Aw, Snap!" being shown. However, FireFox is fine. This same phenomenon has been appeared on both of my two laptops. [Bug 1758589] Re: The wifi will be disconnected and the only thing I can do is to reboot the laptop
apport information ** Tags added: apport-collected package-from-proposed ** Description changed: First of all, I am not sure whether it's true that this is a bug of network-manager, but it is true that this should be a bug related with network (wifi connection). Here is the issue: Every time after I login into the account, about 20 minutes later, the wifi will be disconnected automatically. I even cannot reconnect the wifi manually, the only thing that I can do is to reboot the laptop. After login again, wifi can be connected (but through manual way). By the way, during the period of wifi disconnection, I checked the "Wi-Fi Networks" by click "Select Network" in order to try to reconnect it manually. But I found that there is only one SSID which previously the laptop connected to. However, I was definitely sure that there should be more than one SSID being showed in the wifi list. Even for this only one SSID, like I mentioned before, I cannot reconnect manually unless I reboot the system. Finally, I set the wifi to be connected automatically after I login to the system, however, it just can't. I can only connect to the wifi manually after I login to the system. [Bug 1755610] Re: Build Tensorflow with the latest version of gcc/g++ toolchain will Fail
hi, Matthias, Sorry to reply you late. I have no idea how to add the gcc build option to bazel command line. However, I do find a way to resolve my issue for compiling Tensorflow, which is add additional options of bazel command line during the compiling in order to restrict the parallel compile jobs dispatched by bazel. In this way, the memory allocation failure of the compiling work might be avoided. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1755610 Title: Build Tensorflow with the latest version of gcc/g++ toolchain will Fail To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gcc-7/+bug/1755610/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1755610] Re: Build Tensorflow with the latest version of gcc/g++ toolchain will Fail
hi, Matthias, Thank you for the reply! Actually, TensorFlow uses bazel to build the source, in the procedure, bazel may invoke gcc, I don't how to add the option "-save-temps" as one of the bazel build command, I will check the bazel command and if any progress, I will attach it.
[Bug 1755610] Re: Build Tensorflow with the latest version of gcc/g++ toolchain will Fail
hi, Matthias, Sorry that I did not catch your point, by preprocessed source, you mean attach the preprocessed source before the compile procedure? I don't know whether I can get it if so because I just got these errors by following the building instructions provided by TensorFlow. However, I will try to process it.
