Public bug reported: Binary package hint: chromium-browser When I enter the web address www.google.com (which typically resolves to www.google.ca as I am in Canada) or www.google.ca, instead of getting Google's main search page, iGoogle opens instead - the address is only showing www.google.ca, and NOT www.google.ca/ig as would be expected from regular iGoogle address. The behaviour is NOT happening with Firefox or Google Chrome, only Chromium. I have tried logging in and out of iGoogle, rebooting system - but cannot open Google's regular search page. Sinani201, I suppose if this is not happening on your Lucid installation then, no, I guess it's not reproducible. I have a VirtualBox VM of Lucid, it already had the new Volume Applet - after updates and restart the volume control was still working as designed, so perhaps it hardare/software specific to my computer? There was someone else in #ubuntu+1 today with the same greyed out volume control mind you, so I'm not the only one. I'm sorry but I don't have any further information to give? Is there anything else you can suggest I check to shed more light on the situation? I will most likely reinstall a Lucid daily in the next few days if situation continues - and report back if problem returns.
