Binary package hint: guake

When i try to start the guake terminal i get this error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File /usr/local/lib/guake/guake.py, line 45, in module
import globalhotkeys
ImportError: libffi.so.4: impossibile aprire il file oggetto condiviso: Nessun 
file o directory

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10 x86_64 and the package version is 0.3.1-3
installed from synaptic

The shadows of a gksu windows never doesn't disappear where it's been 
closing. It's probably related to compiz. It's append after each update and i 
need to restart X to make it disappear. In addition it appear in the four faces 
of the cuble.
