I am having the same problem and it is a nasty crash too. I have a total system freeze and cannot ping or ssh into the machine after I try and change the screensaver. Hello I have the same bug (also with Hugin 0.7-beta40ubuntu4 on Hardy). I've tried to add Fabrice's repository I get the error in Synaptic: W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net hardy Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 370CF012F65DB995 Am I doing something wrong? (I'm new with Ubuntu and Synaptic, so maybe this one of those newbie questions...). I would also would like to know how I switch in Synaptic to Fabric'es version of the repository. Hi Fabrice Thanks for your e-mail. Indeed, I first though that Synaptic did dot accepted your repository, but after posting my message I did see that it added your repository correctly. Then I asked to reinstall Hugin and it found and installed your version all right. After a very quick test I hugin doesn't crashes - many thanks!
