[Bug 1057922] Re: bottom inch of chromium does not appear when new window is opened and starts off maximized

2012-10-17 Thread antman
Well, it appears that the issue has resolved itself... I tried again
today and the new window renders correctly. I'm not sure what to do
about the bug report now; if anyone can comment it would be appreciated.

[Bug 1057922] [NEW] bottom inch of chromium does not appear when new window is opened and starts off maximized

2012-09-27 Thread antman
Public bug reported:

I have tested with gnome-terminal, evince, firefox and nautilus; the bug
seems to be chromium specific. This is what I have to do to reproduce
the issue with no chromium windows open on my desktop.

1. Open one maximized chromium window
2. Press ctrl+n to open a second maximized chromium window

A small portion of the second window's bottom does not render, showing
whatever is behind it. That being said, a picture is worth a thousand
words:

http://umcs.maine.edu/~naddeoa/chromium-bug.png

You can see in the screenshot (also submitted as an attachment) that my
desktop shows through the bottom of the second maximized chromium
window. I noticed this a few weeks ago but didn't have time to report
it; it definitely was not like this when I first installed 12.04.

I'm not sure what information you would want from me that you didn't get
from ubuntu-bug, but please feel free to ask, and sorry in advance if I
left out something obvious.

[Bug 1153626] Re: Multiple Interfaces and IPs not detected in AWS VPC

2015-04-07 Thread Jason Antman
I'm using cloud-init on CentOS, but would really like this functionality
as well. For the time being, I'll be trying to reuse the upstream AWS
pieces.
