[Bug 571258] Re: plymouth main process (341) killed by SEGV signal
Same here, however, this occurred first after the file system had to be checked due to the necessary number of prior boots. From then on it freezes. Now I can boot if I unplug the power chord of my notebook (X61t) and thereby skip the fs check -- plymouth main process (341) killed by SEGV signal https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/571258 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 473807] Re: 'xrandr --rotate normal' causes xserver to crash
Ok, I found something out: I first experienced this bug on LXDE. I rotate my screen to tablet mode and the desktop switches but it takes a short while until the kicker and wallpaper have been rearranged. If I rotate back before that X crashes - if I wait it works. On KDE this works much faster - so it is almost impossible to rotate the screen back fast enough. -- 'xrandr --rotate normal' causes xserver to crash https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/473807 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 403140] [NEW] Quick Build doesn't allow for command duplication
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kile Recently, while modifying the quick build command I realized that it doesn't allow for command duplication (which it allowed in the old kile version). This is particularly painfull (and unnecessary) since TOC needs two compiler runs to update. And I thought to overcome things like that would be the reason of a configurable quick build in the first place! ** Affects: kile (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Quick Build doesn't allow for command duplication https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/403140 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kile in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
[Bug 403140] Re: Quick Build doesn't allow for command duplication
Good to hear! My version is 2.0.81. However, here it doesn't - automatically - invoke latex twice. I always have to do it manually to update the TOC... But I guess this settles that! -- Quick Build doesn't allow for command duplication https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/403140 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 403140] Re: Quick Build doesn't allow for command duplication
Well, testcase might be a big word for it but simply when I save the attached file and do LaTeX+DVItoPS+ViewPS the TOC is not updated - ergo, latex is not invoked twice. Quick build again and the TOC is there - remove or add a section quick build and the TOC is still the old one... I'm not quite sure if this is what you ment by 'test case', however. ** Attachment added: test.tex http://launchpadlibrarian.net/29402881/test.tex -- Quick Build doesn't allow for command duplication https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/403140 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kile in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
[Bug 401371] [NEW] xournal tablet low resolution on first page
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xournal I have this problem on my X61t. I start xournal, maximize it and flip the screen. If I now start drawing small circles (2cm diameter) from top left to bottom right the resolution drops significantly from a very clean circle to a actual polygon. However, when I insert a second page and draw on that it's all fine as does with pdf annotation. [Bug 380860] Re: kile spell checker not aware of latex
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 279081 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/279081 I very much agree that this bug is not a duplicate. My argument goes as follows: spell check does - in priciple - work but is not aware of latex commands. However, recently I tried spell checking in german which was not included in the list. Installing the german aspell dictionary made it work. So somehow Kile must use - and correct me if I'm wrong - aspell. If I now use the very same .tex document and type $ aspell -l de -c verysame.tex guess what, spell checking works perfectly without marking latex commands! I might be wrong but it seems that kile simply does not call aspell in latex mode...or in other words aspell is not aware it is checking a tex file. and this might be a VERY different problem than inline spell checking! -- kile spell checker not aware of latex https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/380860 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
