Re: [Bug 289063] Re: Totem cant play from iPod
Hey, Just tired it. Totem open's up the file select dialog, but you can't really choose a file because of the way the iPod structures its folders. [Bug 289119] Re: Nautilus crashes when opening mounted .tar.gz
All I did was archive the Examples folder that comes with Ubuntu. I then mounted it and then it crashes. Are you able to produce the bug? Have I done something wrong with linking nautilus to gdb? ** Attachment added: Examples.tar.gz http://launchpadlibrarian.net/1137/Examples.tar.gz -- Nautilus crashes when opening mounted .tar.gz https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/289119 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 286490] [NEW] f-spot sidebar needs to be resized
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: f-spot The sidebar in F-Spot is enabled by default, but is not visible. You have to drag it across to see it properly. But you would only know to do this if you know what the sidebar is. This needs resizing by default so a new user can see it straight away ** Affects: f-spot (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- f-spot sidebar needs to be resized https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/286490 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 286500] [NEW] after log out, network manager duplicates devices
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager-gnome After logging out, then back in again, the Network manager duplicates the number of devices you have. I discovered this when using a daily build of the live cd. Network manager currently thinks I have two intel wireless cards and two Dell netlink ethernet cards ** Affects: network-manager-applet (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- after log out, network manager duplicates devices https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/286500 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 274081] Re: Elisa should be updated to 0.5.11
0.5.13 is to be released on 2008-10-06 - maybe we could just upgrade to that? Its all mainly bug fixes with minimal features added, nothing major what so ever. To me it would be silly not to continue the bug fix updates. [Bug 274081] [NEW] Elisa should be updated to 0.5.11
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: elisa Elisa 0.5.11 has been released and it is a bug fix release with a few desktop integration features added. I think that by updating to this latest release (and possible 0.5.12 when released) would help out bug fixing and a better experience for the end user ** Affects: elisa (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Elisa should be updated to 0.5.11 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/274081 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 274084] [NEW] F-Spot should be updated
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: f-spot As F-Spot is a default application in Ubuntu, I feel that updating to the recently released 0.5.0.1 release would benefit the end user and add to Ubuntu's cutting edge status. [Bug 164728] Can't Boot LiveCD With Powercable Plugged In Laptop
Public bug reported: When booting Gustys 32bit LiveCD, it drops to terminal after reporting the following errors: SQUASHFS error: sb_bread failed reading block 0x989c1 SQUASHFS error: Unable to read fragment cache block [2626b921] SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 2626b921, size 4ea7 SQUASHFS error: sb_bread failed reading block 0x989c1 Fedora 8 Gnome failed to boot as well, Fedora 8 KDE did, and Kubuntu failed to boot. PCLinuxOS boots but fails to install. This is with the power cable plugged IN. KDE distros appear to handle it better than GNOME. (possibly, im not certain) To install Ubuntu on my Santa Rosa chipset laptop, I had to fully charge it, boot from the LiveCD which worked fine, and install, which had no errors. If the power cable is plugged IN, and im ripping a CD in Sound Juicer it drops to 0.8x times speed also DVD playback becomes jerky. I believe this is to do something to do with DMA. When the the laptop is running off the battery I can get almost 12x times ripping speeds and DVD playback is fine with no jerkyness at all. My laptop spec can be found at this website: http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage.html?NNB-577 it doesnt state it on the website but it is a PM 965 Chipset. I am very willing do post more information, and help with any sugestions on how to get this fix, or supply you with more information. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Can't Boot LiveCD With Powercable Plugged In Laptop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/164728 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
