Thanks for the reply. It doesn't seem to seat itself firmly into the
computer side of the cable. I was thinking that may be the problem. I may
give that a try. Thanks.

Well, I suspect that the trailer is not a true 1700 Lbs rated trailer.
A trailer rating has to have some safety factor - Google says that is 1.8
for small trailers.

Another aspect, the 1700 Lb rating, might be the fully loaded weight,
so if the empty trailer is 500 pounds, the allowed load is 1200
pounds?

Well I'm assuming the dead ones don't just disappear and eventually the
elephants movements will be limited and they'll all keep trying to
bite on different parts climbing all over each other. I'm not even
factoring in the biting because I assume it's a waste of time except
maybe the ears. While it'd be more hilarious for it to die by
crushing it'd likely be long dead from exhaustion and lack of
nourishment first.

[Bug 41301] Re: Mouse clicks stop working sporadically

2009-02-02 Thread bandito
I can reproduce and work around the bug with the sequence described
above.

I found another way to reproduce it: With synergy running on my box ,
whenever I move the mouse cursor away clicks are gone.

At least I don't have to restart X all the time.

[Bug 41301] Re: Mouse clicks stop working sporadically

2009-01-15 Thread bandito
Same here with Henri. Three monitor setup with nvidia/xinerama.
Metacity --replace doesn't work and switching users doesn't work also.
(clicking works If I login with a different user but when I come back clicks
are gone).

Logging out or restarting X is the only solution to get my clicks back.
It's the most irritating bug i've ever encountered.

2008-11-25 Thread bandito
Same here, kernel 2.6.27.7 , tried the noapic acpi=off option but with no luck.
The system will stop responding to mouse clicks randomly while working.
I can't reproduce the random freezing but mouse clicks always go away after
returning from the idle state.
