[Bug 333090] [NEW] Amarok crashes trying to configure audio unless run with sudo

After upgrading to Janty Alpha amarok started crashing during the
loading window. Seems like it could be related to GStreamer. I have
tried switching from alsa to pulseaudio with not much of a difference in
error messages. Error messages are as follows:

[Bug 277634] Re: Intel Pro/Wireless 4965 AG stops transferring data within a few minutes

I have similar issues I thought it was more associated with roaming
between access points but this seems to describe my problem exactly. I'm
running 8.10 on a Lenovo X61 with a 4965 card. Let me know if I can
upload anything to help.
