Glipper Crashes on Login in Lucid Lynx, giving the following error: [[The panel 
encountered a problem while loading OAFIID:Glipper. Do you want to delete the 
applet from your configuration?]].
Deleting and reinstalling, doesnt help as the error repeats itself.

[Bug 546296] Re: GShutdown just ends a session instead of shutting PC down

I can confirm this bug on Lucid 10.04. Linux ubuntu 2.6.32-22-generic.
Gshutdown only logs out instead of shutting down the computer[laptop].
Any help correcting this bug is appreciated. Thank you in advance. :)

I am facing the exact same bug on 10.04, updated gwibber on 26th, but the bug 
persists with the following error:

[Bug 197762] Re: file transfers on USB disk are very slow

I am using Karmicl, kernel 2.6.31 -15 -generic on my laptop. The time
that takes to transfer files to my USB drives takes almost 20 times more
than it used to take in Jaunty. Sometimes after waiting for a long time
of transfering it will simply give a error message or the file will
simply will not get transferred. Tried to transfer a 700MB (90 mins) avi
file, i had to wait for almost 20 minutes for it to get transferred and
an average speed of 200 kpbs was the maximum achieved. same complaints
as the person aboveplz help
