I found a solution that worked on my phone BQ HD5 , Looks to me like a
hardware issue. My lcd was sligthly losen in the top right corner next
to the sensor. When i pressed in the screen in the corner i felt some
movement, what i did was that i gently pulled to screen up a little and
putted a little bit of glue inbetween the LCD screen and the frame just
up in the corner. Now there is no movement when pressing the LCD and the
proxmity sensors works fine again.

I dont use screen protector but having issues with BQ 5HD , going black
during call. Tried to reset the phone the other day. But the problem is
still there.  I will try to turn off autobrightness and see how that
goes.
