but gdm reset it to 1024x768, except I write is into gdm initial script

My eclipse 3.5 crash also when I click menu.
When I switch to English language setting, seem OK.(Menu 
System->Administration-Language support, and drag English to first place, 
re-login).Both Erich editor and Eclipse. 

So, my this is because of chinese language setting??
