I had the same problem tried the instructions from Todd but did not work :( Basically it works on first connection attempt after creating the VPN connection but subsequent connection attempts do not work. the test page was only printed in color. I tried to print a document and
had set option to black text and grayscale. Got blank pages. Restarted
printer and pc several times. i ran trouble shooter it said it could not
find any trouble although the test page it ran was blank.
