[Bug 187594] Re: gnome-settings-daemon segfaults
I found a workaround: Open configuration editor and look for apps-> gnome-settings-daemon->screensaver and disable start-screensaver apps-> gnome-settings-daemon->plugins->screensaver and disable active. Then logged of and on and it seems to be normal. -- gnome-settings-daemon segfaults https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/187594 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 173843] Re: static network settings not applied
I have the same problem - running Hardy Alpha. First a problem with network-admin not starting - now starting up but settings not kept. When I try to connect to my wireless network it keeps asking for the network key - when I checked the keyring it tells me the keyring daemon is not running. May this be related to Policykit? -- static network settings not applied https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/173843 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
