[Bug 1503284] Re: owncloud-client does not start minimized when autostarted

2015-11-08 Thread Coen
This problem is still present in the final release of Kubuntu 15.10.
I checked whether it has something to do with the interference of the KDE way
of starting application and the client setting to start automatically at
startup, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

If I can help in some way please let me know!

Coen

[Bug 898188] [NEW] package virtualbox-ose 4.0.4-dfsg-1ubuntu4.1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed pre-removal script returned error exit status 1

2011-11-30 Thread Coen Naninck
Public bug reported:

Here's what happens:

1) Virtual machine is shut down improperly (i.e. not via the OS's proper means
of shutting down a machine, but by hard power off).
2) Delete the virtual machine.
3) Create a new virtual machine.

At this point VirtualBox throws an error.

My workaround:

1) Start Ubuntu Software Center.
2) Uninstall VirtualBox.
3) Close Ubuntu Software Center.

It took a few attempts, with various errors, but now the patched kernel

2011-10-23 Thread coen
I'm experiencing the exact same problem with my c270, however I never
applied a patch to the kernel and I am a bit unsure about it. Can anyone
explain what I have to do, step-by-step, or place a link to a good
tutorial? Thanks!

See attachment for all files in var/log/dist-upgrade.
The upgrade already had given a warning about python2.6-minimal which couldn't
be configured. I don't whether that's related..

Happy hunting.. :-(

I'll do a fresh install for now.

I attached the log file to the email.
