This is a workaround:

Insert into your /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf this:
blacklist saa7134-dvb
blacklist saa7134


Insert into your /etc/sudoers this:
%your_group ALL = NOPASSWD: /sbin/modprobe


And insert into your startup applications this: 
sudo modprobe saa7134


It's all, statup is very fast now :).

tuner.

Anything new? I'm looking for option how to keep files on disk from
corrupted archive. (For example: rar archive with 10 files, but file
number 7 is corrupted... is there any option to only skip corrupted file
and keep other files on disk...)

Hello, yes, bug still exists in Ubuntu 9.10. But I got a small solution:
when I logged out and log in back, kdetv see my card and analog tv is
working.

So where is a problem? Some modules are not loaded when Ubuntu starts?
