1. Icons are missing when running kde4-version of kwrite in kde4 OR kde3 (this 
doesn't matter).
2. kde-icons-oxygen is installed.
3. My system is up to date.

many icons are missing in kwrite in kde 4.0.1. See screenshot:

not only missing in the file menu but also in the tool bar)

[Bug 58626] Re: pitivi failed to start

I've got the same problem with Kubuntu 6.10 (Edgy). I found out that I
can start it with "pitivi --sync" and then see the programm window. But
when I try to add an avi/mpeg to it, it gives me an error: "The
following files weren't discovered properly: unknown stream type", but I
can add mp3 files.

Maybe that's normal, but it's still strange that it didn't start with "$
pitivi".
