As of 7/29/2009, I have a similar problem with 32 bit 9.04 Ubuntu on my laptop. The computer will intermittently register multiple mouse clicks when I have not even touched the mouse. I have tried a wired and a wireless USB mouse and get the same problem with each. There is a much newer version at the KeePassX website: http://www.keepassx.org/downloads Just download and install the newest DEB binary package. This fixes the problem for me on Ubuntu 8.04.
