I found a hint in a linuxmint forum, sorry, couldn't reproduce the URL.

Uncomment the line PSLevel=0 in the file /etc/libreoffice/psprint.conf

This fixed the problem for me, printing works now as it should.

(Ubuntu 14.04).

Also the same problem with up-to-date (2007-04-22) feisty and Canon
N650U. Please fix in some way. The workarounds help. If you need a GUI,
you can use "gscan2pdf", works fine.
