[Bug 192704] [NEW] Ubuntu Server 7.10 - rezise ntfs 0% no visualisation loading

When you choose to resize a partition with Ubuntu - Server - 7.10 -(with
packlang=fr)

the loading bar is only 0%
during 15 minutes I've seen 0%
and after i've a fsdisk, yes my rezise is Ok but I've no look the loading bar ..

la barre d'avancement n'avance pas et stagne sur 0%. Mais les changements sont 
pris en compte(resize is ok)
