[Bug 2060947] Re: Warnings produced in apt upgrade processing triggers for initramfs-tools
I am experiencing this as well on a fresh install of 24.04 to a blank NVMe using the ZFS with encryption option. I see similar error messages under the password dialog when unlocking the disk. [Bug 1938096] Re: [Lenovo X1 Carbon 9th] [SYNA8009:00 06CB:CE57] touchpad lagging after resume from suspend
I am experiencing the same problem. The trackpad seems laggy after suspend. Also, it seems to commonly get "stuck" in two finger scrolling, where after lifting one of the two fingers it stays in scrolling mode. The only way to get it out is to tap on the trackpad randomly to, I assume, get it to detect different finger actions. [Bug 829566] Re: igb kernel module reporting fix
@Andy The basic issue is that we have software that monitors our servers using these stats and due to how they are tracked in the igb driver in 10.04 we miss our network statistics every other second. Obviously this is suboptimal, especially considering it seems that most other drivers don't have this flaw. My thought is that this patch would get igb statistic tracking on par with the other drivers, making things more consistent. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/829566 Title: igb kernel module reporting fix To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/829566/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

I ran "apport-collect 614853" on the aformentioned EC2 node and all it seemed to produce was the above dependency list. I have attached uname and lsmod should they be helpful. ** Attachment added: "uname" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-ec2/+bug/614853/+attachment/1543561/+files/uname -- kernel panic divide error: [#1] SMP https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/614853 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 614853] Re: kernel panic divide error: 0000 [#1] SMP
In an attempt to figure out the issue I decided to change the IO scheduler thinking it might help considering the contents of the trace. I set one group of nodes to noop and another to deadline. I have seen panics on both groups of machines since doing so. From the (partial) traces I've gotten from those machines the noop trace looks quite a bit different while the deadline trace looks pretty similar with lots of bits regarding xfs. Screenshots: http://img.skitch.com/20100816-buaaqf6ggdfp6m8y41x4wfyhfy.jpg http://img.skitch.com/20100816-dnwh8sijt8jnck5k18ewrdcdeu.jpg Unfortunately the console in the remote management card cuts the top of the trace off. -- kernel panic divide error: [#1] SMP https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/614853 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 83829] Re: feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t)
My issue with the SD card reader seems to be fixed with the latest revision. But note that suspend and hibernate neither seem to work properly now. -- feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/83829 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 83829] Re: feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t)
I have linux-headers-2.6.20-13 vmware-server-kernel-modules-2.6.20-13 linux-restricted-modules-2.6.20-13 linux-image-2.6.20-13 installed. Everything including my wireless seem to be working except my built-in SD card reader. On 2.6.20-11 it works properly showing up on the desktop when I log in. It no longer does this. I also did not see it in the usual locations. dmesg says the following when i put a card in: [ 1200.109000] mmcblk0: mmc0:6d3b S032B 30400KiB [ 1200.109000] mmcblk0: p1 You should have my other system info attached above. -- feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t) https://launchpad.net/bugs/83829 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

The restricted-manager is not installed. Please note that 'linux- restricted-modules-2.6.20-12-generic' is installed. This driver works properly in 2.6.20-11. -- feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t) https://launchpad.net/bugs/83829 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 83829] Re: feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t)
I upgraded to 2.6.20-12-generic tonight and it does boot into the OS now but I am not having issues with my wifi as it is not being detected properly. [Bug 83829] Re: feisty herd3 installer hangs at loading chipset module (IBM z60t)
I have installed feisty herd5 successfully. Althought the latest kernel version 2.6.20-12-generic will not boot. 2.6.20-11-generic runs as expected. [Bug 53897] Re: Disappearing panels Xubuntu dapper
I seem to have this issue with feisty. It seems at random intervals xfce panel dies. Usually I just logout and back in again and its good but usually is missing an icon. In all the cases I can remember it is only one icon but it is not always the same one. -- Disappearing panels Xubuntu dapper https://launchpad.net/bugs/53897 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
