Ok, I just tested this. The boxes do not appear, but you can type in
them. If you click on each of the words, you can enter the appropriate
information. Can you post a screenshot of what it should look like?

y clave, y no se puede accesar a la pagina en mención, solo se ve que
dice codigo pero no aparece el recuadro, en clave es peor no se ve
ni esta palabra ni el recuadro.
