[Bug 880877] [NEW] Ubuntu 11.10 does not recognize monitor at start-up.

2011-10-24 Thread kristi
Public bug reported:

All other versions display correctly. Ubuntu 11.10 takes my monitor setting/s
down to 59.9. There is no way to change in terminal because the processes of
the PC are not visible after computer LOGO.
I expected to update to 11.10. I'm not sure if the update was successful.
What actually happened: PC doesn't show processes after Update to 11.10.
I chose bootstrap so I could go on.

In the future after I understand this OS I can dump it!! Nightmare OS!

[Bug 781409] [NEW] Date menu picks wrong date in Tasque + Remember the Milk

2011-05-11 Thread Kristi Wright
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tasque

When I choose a task due date, Tasque sometimes remembers the wrong
date. The No Date and Choose Date options work fine, but for the other
options, Tasque acts as if I picked the day before the one I actually
selected.

When I choose 5/11 Today, it remembers 5-10 Tue
When I choose 5/12 Tomorrow, it remembers 5-11 Wed
When I choose 5/13 Fri, it remembers 5/12 Thu
When I choose 5/14 Sat, it remembers 5/13 Fri
When I choose 5/15 Sun, it remembers 5/14 Sat
When I choose 5/16 Mon, it remembers 5/15 Sun
When I choose 5/17 Tue, it remembers 5/16 Mon
When I choose 5/18 In 1 Week, it remembers 5/17 Tue
When I choose No Date it works as expected
When I choose Choose Date it works as expected

I'm running Tasque 0.1.9-1 on Natty inside VirtualBox. Tasque syncs with
my Remember the Milk account.

[Bug 270822] Re: please upgrade syslinux from debian to 3.71

2009-05-09 Thread Kristi
Any news on this? Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty is out and we're still using 3.63.
I was having trouble making a gparted live cd until I realized that it
required syslinux 3.71 and Ubuntu only has 3.63.

[Bug 260675] Re: [intrepid] Wacom Xorg module is incompadible with the kernel module shiped in kernel packages.

2008-09-01 Thread Kristi
Does not work with the (alpha 4) 2.6.26-5 or the 2.6.27-2 kernels. When
plugging my wacom graphire 4 tablet in, hotplugging seems to work, as I
can move the mouse around with the stylus, but pressing down with the
tip causes the input to hang on the down click event. Additionally,
unplugging my tablet causes Intrepid to log me off.
