Public bug reported:
After about 2 weeks I updated my 12.04 64b Ubuntu and after restart
mentioned icons are missing, see screenshot [1]. I tried "unity
--replace" and even "unity --reset" but no luck. I can provide more
information if needed (at least until I'll give up and reinstall
ubuntu). I'm using the default unity (3d ?)
