[Bug 1616901] Re: Installation of Ubuntu Studio 16.10 beta1 failed

2016-08-25 Thread lhcamilo
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1611010 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1611010

This bug also affects regular ubuntu 16.10. Downloaded and image
yesterday and today (currently daily). Both seem to crash at the
installation process.

The second time I followed the verbose output and it kept complaining
about something not being a numerical value in * . Can't recall
correctly.

[Bug 1175539] Re: texmaker hangs on message "Process started" when trying to build a .tex document in Ubuntu 13.04

2013-05-03 Thread lhcamilo
Jakeb is way out of line here, if you don' t have have anything useful
to say then keep it to yourself.

I am running 3.4 on ubuntu 13.04 64 and I am getting the same issue.
Installing the .deb package from the texmaker website does not make the problem
go away.

The message log outputs that " Process started" and does not progress
from that. Nevertheless, the pdf is generated, since I am using two
monitors at the moment, I can set the seconds screen to view the pdf,
but the cursor remains stuck on the "busy" animation.

** Changed in: texmaker (Ubuntu)
   Status: Invalid => New
