[Bug 1020775] Re: wlan0: deauthenticating from by local choice (reason=3)
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 548992 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/548992 Hey Thomas, the wireless power management is already turned off, as can be seen in the IwConfig.txt attached to the bug report and running that command again does not aleviate the problem. The laptop is connected to AC power, and I have tried all the solutions from bug #548992 to no avail. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1020775 Title: wlan0: deauthenticating from by local choice (reason=3) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1020775/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1020775] Re: wlan0: deauthenticating from by local choice (reason=3) after failed EAP authentication on WPA-Enterprise network
Gah, I feel like a bit of a tool. Turns out the password was incorrect. I was using the dmesg output to trace the error, which made no mention of failure to authenticate. Looks like I should be checking syslog instead. Thanks for your help Thomas! Looks like there is no bug after all! ** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu) Status: New = Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1020775 Title: wlan0: deauthenticating from by local choice (reason=3) after failed EAP authentication on WPA-Enterprise network To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1020775/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 83882] Selecting format drive before chosing mount point crashes installer
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubiquity After updating the installer, Going through all of the options and selecting manual editing of partition table, If a drive is checkboxed to be formated before a mount point is selected, the installer will not let you click either the yes or cancel buttons in the mount point window. Had to force quit the installer. I can recreate the event, although I am not sure which output files to include. EDIT: After resetting and trying again, it seems to be working. ** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Description changed: Binary package hint: ubiquity After updating the installer, Going through all of the options and selecting manual editing of partition table, If a drive is checkboxed to be formated before a mount point is selected, the installer will not let you click either the yes or cancel buttons in the mount point window.
