[Bug 1875114] Re: freeipa-server package missing on Ubuntu 20.04
We have several FreeIPA servers, currently running CentOS 8. Because CentOS Streams is unsuitable for a productive environment, we are considering to switch to Ubuntu Server instead. It would be nice if this package will be re-included in the upcoming 22 release. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1875114 Title: freeipa-server package missing on Ubuntu 20.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/freeipa/+bug/1875114/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1241958] Re: startlubuntu missing from 13.10 for x2go
Here its the same with using ThinLinc. Very annoying and not really clear why "startlubuntu" was removed in 13.10. So please bring it back! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1241958 Title: startlubuntu missing from 13.10 for x2go To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lubuntu-default-settings/+bug/1241958/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 293849] [NEW] Eclipse does not terminate with activated accessibility utilities and sun-java6
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: eclipse Eclipse does not terminate if the GNOME accessibility utilities are activated. After closing eclipse the process is still running and can only be killed with "kill -9". Actually, I'm not sure, if this problem appears with the eclipse package from the Ubuntu repositories because I installed the newest version of eclipse by hand. But as a forums thread on ubuntuforums.com (http://tennessee.ubuntuforums.com/showthread.php?t=866831) reports the same problem with the synaptic version of eclipse I assume it shows the same problem. Furthermore, this seems to be a quite old problem. I found the solution for me (disabling the GNOME accessibility utilities) in a forums thread from 2006: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=186977 My configuration: Intrepid Ibex with all updates Eclipse Ganymede 3.4.1 sun-java6 (1.6.0_10) Maybe someone else can confirm (or refute) the problem with the Ubuntu eclipse package. ** Affects: eclipse (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Eclipse does not terminate with activated accessibility utilities and sun-java6 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/293849 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 282298] Re: Intrepid Beta: No Access to NAS samba share any more.
I've also the same problem. Intrepid with all patches. Mounting of smb- shares is possible (and works fine with eg. smbclient in the console), but nautilus does not show anything of the content of a share. -- Intrepid Beta: No Access to NAS samba share any more. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/282298 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 35112] Re: MP3 track times are incorrect
I have a problem in Hardy Heron, but this only started happening recently. [Bug 246504] [NEW] Evince crashes after reloading a PDF
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evince After relaoding a PDF with quite complex figures (not only text) evince crashes with a "Segmentation fault" message. It seems that this problem depends on the complexity of included figures as often more than one reload is necessary to cause the crash. [Bug 202432] Re: Unable to use anything but usermode networking
Hi guys, I have the same problem, I have added myself to libvirtd group, but "Virtual Networks" tab from "Host Details" window in virt-manager is grey. [Bug 108392] Re: No sound on Compaq V3000 laptop on feisty
I have a Compaq Presario CS502us laptop running Gutsy Gibbon, and can confirm I have no sound. I had working sound in the live cd prior to an install. Sound worked for a while and now it seems that the only way to have working sound is to power up the lappy on battery power, not AC (plugged in). I had an issue with the headphone jack plugged in but still having sound playing out my speakers. I fixed this by adding "options snd-hda-intel model=laptop". I'm using the snd-hda-intel alsa driver, but I believe it's a conexant chip since that's what Windows Vista was using. 00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller (rev 01) snd_hda_intel 263712 4 snd_pcm_oss44672 0 snd_mixer_oss 17664 1 snd_pcm_oss snd_pcm80388 3 snd_hda_intel,snd_pcm_oss snd_seq_dummy 4740 0 snd_seq_oss33152 0 snd_seq_midi9600 0 snd_rawmidi25728 1 snd_seq_midi snd_seq_midi_event 8448 2 snd_seq_oss,snd_seq_midi snd_seq53232 6 snd_seq_dummy,snd_seq_oss,snd_seq_midi,snd_seq_midi_event snd_timer 24324 3 snd_pcm,snd_seq snd_seq_device 9228 5 snd_seq_dummy,snd_seq_oss,snd_seq_midi,snd_rawmidi,snd_seq snd54660 15 snd_hda_intel,snd_pcm_oss,snd_mixer_oss,snd_pcm,snd_seq_oss,snd_rawmidi,snd_seq,snd_timer,snd_seq_device soundcore 8800 1 snd snd_page_alloc 11400 2 snd_hda_intel,snd_pcm -- No sound on Compaq V3000 laptop on feisty https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/108392 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
