[Bug 1693497] Re: middle mouse button paste only on one terminal

2018-06-13 Thread milegrin
Confirmed on Ubuntu 18.04 using terminator 1.91-1 installed from default Ubuntu
repository and up to date.
It has been a year since the fix was committed, when may we expect this fix to
reach the official repo?

[Bug 1444436] Re: [BDW GT3] Backport fixes to unbreak X

2015-04-17 Thread milegrin
Confirmed bug on Lenovo E550.
Prominently appears when plugging in an external Samsung S23C350 screen before
boot/power on however plugging it in once logged it. Thus far the bug has only
once occurred when the external screen is not plugged in.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/1432194 :: bug #1432194 refers to
the same/similar issue.

The fix mentioned has not fixed my installation using xserver-xorg-
video-intel-lts-utopic ver 2.99.914-1 (Comment #8 mentions that fix is
not for utopic - possibly why the fix did not work)

[Bug 1432194] Re: Graphics unstable on Ubuntu 14.04 and 14.10 using Intel HD Graphics 5500

2015-04-17 Thread milegrin
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 136 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/136

Confirmed bug on Lenovo E550 i7 16GB with Intel i915 video configured to
use 1GB RAM.

Predominantly appears when plugging in an external Samsung S23C350
screen before boot/power on however plugging it in once logged it. Thus
far the bug has only once occurred when the external screen is not
plugged (only had the notebook a few days).

bug #136 refers to the same/similar issue but the fix provided has
not fixed my installation using xserver-xorg-video-intel-lts-utopic ver
2.99.914-1 (Comment #8 on bug #136 mentions that fix is not for
utopic - possibly why the fix did not work for me)

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90047 mentioned that a fix
was produced multiple months ago and Ubuntu notified but I can't find
it.
