[Bug 480791] Re: empathy does not display certificate error, interface for importing certificates missing
network error message occurs when a jabber server certificate changes. There is no simple way to delete the old certificate. Ignore SSL certificate errors does not work in this case. -- empathy does not display certificate error, interface for importing certificates missing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/480791 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 571148] [NEW] privoxy 3.0.15-3 binds to IPv6 localhost only at boot
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: privoxy source package: privoxy version: 3.0.15-3 release: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS After boot, 'netstat -anp | grep' 8118 says: tcp6 0 0 ::1:8118:::*LISTEN - With proxy address 'localhost:8118' it works with Firefox, but very low performance. [Bug 181703] Re: Brasero does not recognize audio CD or blank CD-R
I can confirm that it seems to be related to the drive you use. I have 2 Samsung Drives in my PC, the old PATA SM-352B recognizes the blank CD correctly and the SH-223Q reports the size as 0 Bytes. Please backport the fix to intrepid because it is really annoying. -- Brasero does not recognize audio CD or blank CD-R https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/181703 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 156428] Re: hard drive not detected since gutsy update
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 154591 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/154591 The Problem seems to be in a list of Seagate harddrives which require special treatments. Here is the source code that causes problems: static const struct drive_list_entry hpa_list[] = { { ST340823A, NULL }, { ST320413A, NULL }, { NULL, NULL } }; You see the *two* affected harddrives. The firmware version, which is the second field in the struct is set to NULL. The function strstr(const char* haystack, const char* needle) chokes on a NULL-needle. Looking at the other places where such a list is constructed and how these lists are used, the fix (or at least workaround) is easy: static const struct drive_list_entry hpa_list[] = { { ST340823A, ALL }, { ST320413A, ALL }, { NULL, NULL } }; I changed the source and built a custom kernel for the affected system and it works now. Hope this helps. -- hard drive not detected since gutsy update https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/156428 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Yes, with most jpgs I have. Some work fine. It really looks like some kind of endless loop to me. Unfortunately I have no idea how to give you more/better information.
