[Bug 73141] Re: grub should support dmraid fakeraids
Grub supports fakeraid fine - you just need to teach it a little. From the grub prompt, run device (hd0) /dev/mapper/[the_raid_entry] Then find /boot/grub/stage1 as normal. I will, but I am in Australia on holiday at the moment. [Bug 181419] Middle click in Konqueror opens new Dolphin window
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: konqueror When Dolphin is set as default file manager (as in 7.10), left-clicking (or double-left-clicking, depending on your preferences) on a folder opens it inside the Konqueror window as expected. However, middle- clicking on a folder opens it in new Dolphin window, instead of in a new Konqueror tab as expected. [Bug 160067] Re: Raw HTML tags show in Dolphin status bar
I agree, but we'd want to get rid of the tags. [Bug 164922] Dolphin/Konqueror crash with folder full of pdfs
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdebase I have a folder with about 40 pdfs in it, ranging from 360K to 25M in size (they are architects plans, so rather large). Whenever I browse to this folder using either Dolphin or Konqueror, as soon as I put the mouse in the main window where the file listings are, it crashes. [Bug 160067] Raw HTML tags show in Dolphin status bar
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: dolphin Dolphin Version: 0.9.2-0ubuntu2 The status bar sometimes shows raw HTML tags rather than applying them. [Bug 160067] Re: Raw HTML tags show in Dolphin status bar
Yes, it appears the sftp:/ sequence is the only one which attempts to format the status text... fish:/ and ftp:/ only say Connecting... with no bold bits anywhere. [Bug 156171] Kaffeine can no longer load dvd iso if path has spaces

[Bug 57041] Re: no buffer space available
I also have this problem, quite randomly it seems. I get up to Loading hardware drivers... and sometimes it will hang, with the message Error receiving uevent message: no buffer space available. At this point I have to hold down the power button on my laptop and try again. Other times it boots up fine... very odd. I also have to include kernel switches noapic irqpoll for anything to happen at all. Laptop is a Compaq presario V6302AU (V6000), AMD64 architecture, and it has a broadcom wireless card. Running Kubuntu with Ubuntu kernel 2.6.20-16-generic. Anyone have any ideas? I *think* it may be related to the kernel switches, and the kernel not playing nicely with my bios, or something :S -- no buffer space available https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/57041 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
