[Bug 310211] Re: MySQL table check fails in ANSI mode
This affects more than just ansi mode... I'm having essentially the same issue when setting sql-mode="ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY" in my.cnf, running ubuntu 8.10. bvaug...@dev1:/etc/mysql$ uname -a Linux dev1 2.6.27-11-generic #1 SMP Wed Apr 1 20:53:41 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux bvaug...@dev1:/etc/mysql$ cat /proc/version Linux version 2.6.27-11-generic (bui...@yellow) (gcc version 4.3.2 (Ubuntu 4.3.2-1ubuntu11) ) #1 SMP Wed Apr 1 20:53:41 UTC 2009 bvaug...@dev1:/etc/mysql$ mysql --version mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.67, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2 bvaug...@dev1:/etc/mysql$ sudo ./debian-start Checking for corrupt, not cleanly closed and upgrade needing tables. bvaug...@dev1:/etc/mysql$ ERROR 1140 (42000) at line 1: Mixing of GROUP columns (MIN(),MAX(),COUNT(),...) with no GROUP columns is illegal if there is no GROUP BY clause (that /etc/mysql/debian-start file is called when I run /etc/init.d/mysql start) Will the fix also fix the group by queries, or is this fix only fixing the non-standard quotes? -- MySQL table check fails in ANSI mode https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/310211 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 230879] Re: Will not subscribe to podcast address when I add it. It just ignores the input and lists zero podcasts.
same here. no error message, .. the podcast just doesn't show up in my list. I successfully added a few podcast, (chinesepod.com/feed and spanishpod.com/feed). but more recently http://feeds.feedburner.com/German-podcast and http://www.arabicpod.net/feed/lessons just don't show up when I add them. No error messages or anything like that, ... they just don't show up. Also, maybe this is a separate bug. .. but is inline with the same general issue of lack of error handling: I tried multiple times under the config menu to change the directory to which podcasts are downloaded. Every time, if I closed the app and re- opened, it was set back to my home directory. I tried adding a couple of other podcasts (which successfully showed up in the list of podcasts) but which failed to downloaded the actual mp3 files. There were no informative error messages, it just said "failed". I changed the download directory to ~/Podcasts/, and now those podcasts that were failing to download files are downloading properly. I don't want these in my home directory (it's in a partition that I don't want to use for file storage)... and I don't want to have to copy them all manually. The partition where I am trying to store the files is a fat32 partition. I do have write permission on that directory, ... but it's possible that rhythmbox is trying to do something like change timestamps or permissions or something in a way that can't be done, and then just failing ungracefully when it doesn't work. Whatever the problem is, the interface should at a minimum give some kind of feedback about why the podcast didn't download, or didn't add, etc. -- Will not subscribe to podcast address when I add it. [Bug 192887] Re: FeatureFreeze exception request for sun-javadb
The difference should be better documented in terms of what comes up in the package manager when selecting packages (the comments on the packages?). When looking for derby.jar, I couldn't tell from the package manager what the difference was between the sun-java6-javadb and sun-javadb-* packages. -- FeatureFreeze exception request for sun-javadb https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/192887 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
