[Bug 153529] System Monitor won't remember " CPU% " preference setting
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor gnome-system-monitor won't remember if I turn on the "CPU %" column in my preferences for the "Processes" tab. It does remember all other information fields (that I have tried), and it does remember the position of the fields. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open gnome-system-monitor 2. Go to processes tab 3. Go to Edit > Preferences 4. Check "CPU %" under "Information Fields" 5. Close and restart gnome-system-monitor (the "CPU %" column will not show up on restart) i edit this from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-system- monitor/+bug/152464 ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Wed Oct 17 11:40:41 2007 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/gnome-system-monitor Package: gnome-system-monitor 2.20.0-0ubuntu1 PackageArchitecture: i386 ProcCmdline: gnome-system-monitor ProcCwd: /home/nayif ProcEnviron: PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gnome-system-monitor Uname: Linux nayif.net 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Sun Oct 14 23:05:12 GMT 2007 i686 GNU/Linux ** Affects: gnome-system-monitor (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug -- System Monitor won't remember " CPU% " preference setting https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/153529 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 96452] Re: Could not install the upgrades
when you say "incomplete" and "corrupt" you mount my /dev/past_ram, and it has something important for this problem, before 13 Mar after i update the system with a kernel ver end with 17/20 the /dev/hda change to be /dev/sda,and i know later this because ata update it "IMO". and later my file-system broken and stop with and mounted to be read- only, after that i use fsck "# fsck ",and its force the check and start 5 or more PASS,with many question not on inode delete it ? and i remember there are ...files.gconf and other like /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/Numeric/Array..py or...array.py ,and this delete it by fsck and many other on my system to rebuild broken inode. and after that the problem arise to me when i come to do the update "IMO",because it need this files.gconf more on that story, before the fsck run,i has mysql run and it work but after i found the application lost the conn and i found later its says apt-get install mysql! even when it present on services, and what i do on that time when on am on place with out conn to internet i use ubuntu-dvd 6.10 and i do downgrade but by manual "remove and install". That's all ,the end umount /dev/past_ram ** Attachment added: "ls /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/Numeric" http://librarian.launchpad.net/7035433/ls_output.txt -- Could not install the upgrades https://launchpad.net/bugs/96452 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
