[Bug 1860452] [NEW] gnome-tweaks problem when titlebar buttons is on the left

2020-01-21 Thread Ox Ra
Public bug reported:

System info:
OS: Ubuntu 19.10 eoan
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.3.0-26-generic
Resolution: 3840x1080
GTK Theme: Yaru [GTK2/3]
CPU: Intel Core i3-4360 @ 4x 3.7GHz
GPU: i915drmfb
gnome-tweak-tool:
  Installed: 3.34.0-2
  Candidate: 3.34.0-2
  Version table:
 *** 3.34.0-2 500

500 http://ru.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu eoan/universe i386 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

When I`m tried to change button placement option in "window titlebars ->
titlebar buttons" from left to right, gnome-tweaks become unusable, I cant
change any other options or press any button in window and window is flicker.
gnome-tweaks -d output:
(gnome-tweaks:3876): Gtk-WARNING **: 18:38:06.947: gtk_widget_size_allocate():
attempt to allocate widget with width -11 and height 17

(gnome-tweaks:3876): Gtk-WARNING **: 18:38:07.218:

and height 17

(gnome-tweaks:3876): Gtk-WARNING **: 18:38:07.218: Negative content
width -23 (allocation 1, extents 12x12) while allocating gadget (node
label, owner GtkLabel)

It`s going on with any theme (my theme is Yaru-dark) and corrected only
when i place buttons on the right in command line.

[Bug 268934] Re: Calculator does not compute percentages correctly

2009-01-19 Thread ox
I agree with jonmyrlebailey.

Why does the intended behavior contradict a commonly accepted standard
and (what should be) common sense?

[Bug 276846] [NEW] rnadom freeze and freeze with drag and drop amd 64 opteron nvidia 7900gto Ubuntu Hardy 8.04.1 64bit

2008-10-01 Thread ox
Public bug reported:

I have been having continual lockups both with hardy heron 8.04 and
8.04.1. Most of the freezes are random. This happens with a fresh
install or update from gutsy. I can force a freeze by drag and drop.
When the lockup occurs I have mouse but nothing else and I must hard
kill. No keyboard function. I noticed that my external modem still
functioned while downloading during a freeze.

I am also having difficulties installing proprietary nvidia drivers. The
lockups are occurring without using the proprietary drivers.

I am unable to do testing because I am on 24 baud rate dialup ;(

AMD 64 2x Opteron 175, Asus MB, Nvidia 7900gto graphics card, Hardy
Heron AMD64 8.04.1
