The issue is partially caused by rounding (see above) and changes in
array printing (appending '...').

2024-07-12 Thread Vladimir Petko
Usage of Thread.stop is removed in 1.2 version of the package.

The package has following reverse build depends:
Reverse-Build-Depends
=
* prismatic-schema-clojure  (for libtools-nrepl-clojure)
* rbac-client-clojure   (for libtools-nrepl-clojure)

The package has no reverse depends.

[Bug 2072898] [NEW] tools-nrepl-clojure fail to build from source with Java 21

2024-07-12 Thread Vladimir Petko
Public bug reported:

The package fails to build from source with default Java 21 due to
deprecation of Thread.stop().

The package updated override_dh_build target, and now runs a test that invokes
package's method that calls Thread.stop() causing a build timeout:

2024-07-11 Thread Vladimir Petko
I have tried to build node-mermaid in oracular.
First it failed to build due to rollup3 [1] issue.
After applying upstream patch, the build failed with the following error:

[Bug 2072795] [NEW] xilinx-runtime ftbfs due to the missing includes

2024-07-11 Thread Vladimir Petko
Public bug reported:

xilinx-runtime fails to build in Ubuntu Oracular Oriole[1] due to the
undefined fixed-width integers:

/<>/src/runtime_src/core/edge/common/aie_parser.h:87:3: error:
‘uint32_t’ does not name a type
   87 |   uint32_tid;
Would it be possible to include stdint.h that defines those types?

The issue is fixed upstream[2] but as the Ubuntu version is behind it,
we will need additional includes.

[Bug 2072724] [NEW] facet-analyser 0.0~git20221121142040.6be10b8+ds1-3 has conflicting build dependencies

2024-07-10 Thread Vladimir Petko

facet-analyser build-depends on both python3-paraview and

unfortunately, libinsighttoolkit5-dev recently added a dependency on libvtk9-dev

This is due to the write loop in src/api/internal/bam/BamWriter_p.cpp
using single byte instead of sizeof(uint32_t) increment to swap bytes in
the integer data.

The output file on s390x is corrupted.

[Bug 2071879] [NEW] please sync gettext 0.22.5-1 from Debian unstable

2024-07-03 Thread Vladimir Petko
Public bug reported:

0.22.5-1 has upstream support for Java 21 and does not need maintainer
patches.

The remaining delta:
  * Update patches to support Java 21 (LP: #2050033):
- d/p/12-in-language-java-avoid-stack-overflow.patch: cherry-pick upstream
  patch to resolve Java 21 FTBFS.
- d/p/07-java-17-support.patch: add Java versions, set release level 8.

can be dropped.

I have uploaded gettext[1] and rebuilt ssl-utils-closure[2] against it
to ensure that leiningen works properly.

[Bug 2071879] Re: please sync gettext 0.22.5-1 from Debian unstable

2024-07-03 Thread Vladimir Petko
This bug was fixed in the package gettext - 0.22.5-1

---
gettext (0.22.5-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release. Closes: #1057973.
  * msgfmt --java2 should now work with Java 21. Closes: #1056293.
  * None of the debian/patches for version 0.21 are required anymore.
  * Link against libtextstyle. For now this should be considered
as a private library, like libgettextlib or libgettextsrc.
  * Disable autoreconf.
  * Run tests sequentially.
  * Update lintian warnings.
  * Update libintl.pom.xml.
  * Drop build-dependency on help2man.
  * Cherry-pick two patches from upstream for tests/autopoint-3.
  * Add build-dependency on gawk. This is a workaround for a bug in mawk
which makes test/autopoint-3 to fail in a strange way.
  * Switch copyright file to machine-readable format.
  * Add some lintian overrides for the source package.

gettext (0.21-15) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Keep implicit function declarations as warnings. Closes: #1073335.
This will be fixed properly in gettext 0.22.x.
  * Fix changelog typo in version 0.21-12.

[Bug 2066370] Re: eclipse 2024-03 crashes with SIGSEV

2024-05-22 Thread Vladimir Petko
Hi,

It seems that accessibility might be at fault. Would it be possible to
try the following workaround.

Add

export NO_AT_BRIDGE=1

globally (/etc/profile.d) and relogin?

Best Regards,
 Vladimir.
