Thank you Clint. I actually upgraded by Ubuntu 11.04 to ubuntu11.10 and
now that problem is resolved. But your comment would be a good help for
others if they are also facing the same issue.

The error as per /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_err file is :-
Error: {cannot_connect_to_epmd,"openstack-Chef-Server",nxdomain}

The content of /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log file is:-
Starting all nodes...

This is the only content in rabbitmq log directory.

sticks to the mouse pointer and when the other one (Step-4) is clicked
the first one moves to a separate browsers session.

EXPECTED: Tab switching should work consistently & properly

OBSERVED: Not regularly but very frequently whatever module uses flash,
shows a message similar to "Macromedia Plugin Crashed"

1. Launch Firefox
2. Browse to a page
3. Keep the session idle for some time (15-45 min)
4. Try typing in a Bookmark related keyword in Address Bar

OBSERVED:
- If the Bookmark keyword is typed in a fresh session, the saved bookmarks 
(matching the keyword) show in a typeahead
- After an idle session, if the same keyword is typed again, the typeahead is 
not seen anymore

EXPECTED:
- Typeahead should be available at all times
