[Bug 572038] Re: Update Manager does not prompt to upgrade to 10.04 if LTS upgrades option is set in sources.list
J Jones, I guess, you'll have to upgrade to 9.10 first, and only having that done you would be able to upgrade to 10.04. Doesn't seem right, but I don't know another way. -- Update Manager does not prompt to upgrade to 10.04 if LTS upgrades option is set in sources.list https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/572038 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 572023] [NEW] no update message (10.04 LTS available)
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager Update notification doesn't appear at the top of the update-manager window (Ubuntu 9.10), even after having all the updates for the current release applied and checked. Solution: Change preferences of the Software sources, in the Updates tab from LTS Releases to Normal Releases (paradox, but worked for me), even though 10.04 IS an LTS-release.
