Same here with italian langpacks. I did retry with network enabled and all gone right. But, this is still a big problem for who don't have the chance to connect to the internet via LiveCD. I think to usb modems or other hardware that needs custom drivers or firmware. This patch work for Option Globesurfer Icon GSM/3G/HSDPA 1.8Mbit modem (aka Vodafone Easybox) Using the "option" kernel module I have a maximum download speed of 45/50 KB/sec and a really unstable connection.
