Public bug reported:
My computer has Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bits).
After I log in in the (default) desktop, I see a window (completely black) in
the middle of the screen.
The black window has no title and anything in it. (like an empty
terminal)
I identified the process related to that window by using a terminal
console and using: xprop | grep WM_CLASS
The output was:
$ xprop | grep WM_CLASS
WM_CLASS(STRING) = unity-settings-daemon, Unity-settings-daemon
So the black window is related or coming from unity-settings-daemon.
For now I simply close it and nothing happens.
I think this window is related to my DisplayLink USB display adapter.

Any idea why this window appears ?
thanks
