Ubuntu is sudo enabled by default, that is better than letting a user be root: ps | grep soffice | sudo xargs kill -9 I wonder how emailmerge became a dependency? I certainly didn't install it, but reported this bug a couple weeks ago since it was added to my system. Keep up the good work; stellar release and bug effort.
