[Bug 299340] [NEW] Evnice is missing keyboard shortcuts to navigate between form fields
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evince There is no easy way to navigate between form fields in a PDF document. [Bug 254519] Re: Feature enhancement: When Ctrl+Scroll zooming, include Page Width, Fit Page
Forgive me; the behavior I'm trying to describe is a bit nuanced, but I think it is important to the end users' experience. I'll try again to explain it. Like most applications that support zooming, Evince allows me to hold Control while I scroll my mouse wheel and the document zooms in and out. What Evince does NOT do, however is Fit Width or Fit Page as you scroll. For example, if I'm currently at a zoom factor of 125 and the page does not quite reach the edges of the canvas, I will scroll zoom to make the document bigger. But Evince just jumps the zoom factor up to the next fixed increment, 150, which causes the document to run off the sides of the canvas. I think Evince should be smart enough to zoom to Fit Width if that zoom factor falls between the current zoom level and the next fixed zoom level (125 and 150 in the example I gave). If this bug is still not clear, please try to ask what, specifically, is unclear. ** Changed in: evince (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid = New -- Feature enhancement: When Ctrl+Scroll zooming, include Page Width, Fit Page https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/254519 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

I believe the behavior I am seeing falls under this bug. I am running 8.04 with all latest updates. I went to edit the Bindings for the Resize Window plugin, and changed the Initiate Window Resize for both the mouse and keyboard to Disabled. However after I changed the mouse binding suddenly the state of my Alt key was toggled for all my X11 applications (e.g. when I left clicked in Nautilus, it thought I was Altleft clicking, and when I held down alt and left clicked it thought I was just left clicking) Going back and investigating, it seems that ccsm is not remembering the Disabled configuration for the mouse binding. It seems to take it at first but when I go back to the plugin list and then come back to the Resize Window settings, I see that it has been changed to Button 2. [Bug 200400] [NEW] disk usage analyzer shortcut from Filesystem Properties dialog
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus I think nautilus should have some sort of integration with baobab (Disk Usage Analyzer) from the Filesystem Properties dialog (go to computer:///, right click on Filesystem, choose properties). It could be optional so that it only shows up if Disk Usage Analyzer is installed.
