[Bug 612076] [NEW] file operations window hangs after completion of file transfer to FAT file system from ext4 file system
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus In lucid file transfer windows stay open and show an incomplete transfer process, even when checking the source file and target filereveals the operation finished successfully. [Bug 607543] Re: Logging into already logged in user (after switching users) causes user to log out
** Description changed: Binary package hint: gnome-session When switching users and logging into a user that is already logged in from the login screen, the user is logged out and returned to the login screen. I have several family members using this computer, and some of us need to compile and download things in the background while others use this computer under their own account, and so this is very detrimental to us. [Bug 607543] Re: Logging into already logged in user (after switching users) causes user to log out
Hello, thank you for your quick response. It seems very similar to the following bug: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1477795 so I assumed it was a gnome session bug. however, it might be an Xorg crash. I did not yet look into the xorg logs. How do I do this? I'm very new to linux and the ubuntu community, but I would like to help out as much as possible. -- Logging into already logged in user (after switching users) causes user to log out https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/607543 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
