Sound:CK804 AC'97 alsa-base 1.0.18.dfsg-1ubuntu8 alsa-utils1.0.18-1ubuntu11 pulseaudio 0.9.15 When I use "padsp mocp -R OSS" After listen some min, when I have 100% CPU and cut of syslog: May 2 20:41:13 Storm pulseaudio[2995]: alsa-sink.c: Increasing wakeup watermark to 30.00 ms May 2 20:41:43 Storm pulseaudio[2995]: alsa-sink.c: Increasing wakeup watermark to 31.64 ms May 2 20:41:43 Storm pulseaudio[2995]: alsa-sink.c: Increasing minimal latency to 1.00 ms May 2 20:41:45 Storm pulseaudio[2995]: alsa-sink.c: Increasing minimal latency to 2.00 ms After this alsa is going down. why you thing what "cannot update"? "update-manager gives up reporting no upgrade from Ubuntu-studio 8.10 to 9.04" what report? [Bug 366819] [NEW] after see details, can't continue update
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager When I do-release-upgrade. After downloading new packages list and generating changes. I want see more what packages will be install, remove update. press (m) (More) (I don't know how it on locales, my local is ru) after I have seen details, but I can't find how I can return and continue update system. I press Ctrl+C and Make all again download Upgrade tool (jaunty.tar.gz, with my speed I it's time why I can't use already downloading archive?), and now press (Y) (Continue) and begin update to new dist.
