[Bug 280798] Re: gnome-display-properties dont allow me rotate screen rigth and left but xrandr works fine
If someone can post a working set of X files including xorg.conf then we may at least have a reference point for those who wish to manually edit their files. A brief description of the hardware where the configuration set is working (ex: nvidia 6150 on board and G100 on pci) would also be helpful. -- gnome-display-properties dont allow me rotate screen rigth and left but xrandr works fine https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/280798 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 164804] Re: Gnome Login Error
Here is what I did to finally get rid of this error with the updated version of Ubuntu 7.10: 1. Open a terminal window by Ctrl-Alt-F2 2. At the prompt type "sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop" without the quotes 3. On the next line type "sudo aptitude reinstall gnome-applets" without the quotes 4. If you get an error message you will need to also type "sudo dpkg --configure -a" Don't switch back to the original Gnome window until all the operations complete -- Gnome Login Error https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/164804 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
