[Bug 1391908] Re: ASUS X551MA: Ubuntu 14.04 freezes from time to time
Joseph Salisbury (jsalisbury) This is my new computer and I didn't use previous version of Ubuntu on it. I also tried Linux Mint 17 during about a week before, it had the same problem. I'll try to test the latest upstream kernel. After that I'll inform here. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1391908 Title: ASUS X551MA: Ubuntu 14.04 freezes from time to time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1391908/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1391908] Re: ASUS X551MA: Ubuntu 14.04 freezes from time to time
Unfortunately I can't use v3.18 kernel because Wi-Fi is lost with it. Maybe can you help me with it? I've already tried to install bcmwl-kernel-source_6.30.223.248+bdcom- 0ubuntu1_amd64.deb or/and broadcom-sta-common_6.30.223.248-2_all.deb, but it also didn't help with Wi-Fi on v3.18 kernel.
