I only found these:

 vboxdrv: Successfully loaded version 4.1.12_Ubuntu (interface 0x0019).
 vboxpci: IOMMU not found (not registered)
 warning: `VirtualBox' uses 32-bit capabilities (legacy support in use)
 hrtimer: interrupt took 111669 ns

in the kernal logs that looked suspicious.
The fifth one looks as if it's looking for a MMU (IOMMU).
Hm...
