[Bug 1028151] Re: Samsung Laptops brightness control issue (heavy flickering)
As of AUGUST 2012 and after 6 months, this is still a bug and has not been patched. This means that Ubuntu 12.04 FAILS on the Samsung NC10, an extremely popular netbook which has millions of users.
