Public bug reported: After a problem with my computer, a few things got cleaned up by fsck. Tomboy however refused to load. Running from the command line gives (key line being: System.IO.IOException: Invalid handle to path "/home/m/.local/share/tomboy/78aa9097-ac72-4e91-a512-f3724aeec3b3.note"):
