In the packages for 12.10 Quantal the kwin style "crystal" has a
deprecated version and is not working anymore for KDE SC.4.9 that ships
with Quantal.
According to KDCE.Look.org there is a new version out : "2.2.0 (KDE 4.9 only):
* Use API for KDE 4.9
** Affects: kwin-style-crystal (Ubuntu)
